Our group:Noodles

Saori
She talked about Chinese noodles.
It came in Edo era and it became popular in Taisyo era.
Chinese noodle's soup is most important.There are many kinds of soup.
Her gesture was so good!

Mayu Kawabata
She talked about spaghetti.
There are many kinds of thickness and they have a variety of their name.
She used some pictures.It was so nice!

Mayumi
She talked about bean starch noodles.
It is used in salad,soute,nabe,and so on.
It is made from beans.But its calorie is not so low.
Her gesture was so good!

Yuuki
She talked about Udon.
Hakata Udon is characterized by "dashi".
Musashino Udon is hardening.
Hippari Udon is ate in Yamagata and Natto and mackerels on the Udon.
She searched a lot of things of Udon,so I could understand it deeply.

Megumi
She talked about Champon.
Champon means "scrabble".
It is  local food of Nagasaki,and it based Chinese noodles.
Her eye contact was so good!

Chika
She talked about Chinese noodles.
It is popular as national dish as same as curry and rice in Japan.
A first man who ate Chinese noodles is Mitsukuni Tokugawa.
Her eye contact was so good!
